Curtis Carlson is in his 42nd year of practicing law. Mr. Carlson worked the first fourteen years of his career at the Miami law firm of Fowler, White & Burnett, P.A., where he was a managing director and specialized in securities and business litigation, before founding the predecessor of Carlson & Associates, P.A., in 1991.

Carlson & Associates typically represents Plaintiffs or Claimants in complex business-related litigation matters at trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and in arbitration before the dispute resolution divisions of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
