Mr. Carlson is in his 34th year of practicing law. Mr. Carlson worked the first fourteen years of his career at the Miami law firm of Fowler, White & Burnett, P.A., where he was a managing director and specialized in securities and business litigation, before founding Carlson & Lewittes, P.A., in 1991. In the meantime, Mr. Lewittes worked with the New York City firms of Webster & Sheffield, and Zalkin, Rodin & Goodman, LLP, where he specialized in bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
Carlson & Lewittes typically represents Plaintiffs or Claimants in complex business-related litigation matters at trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.
Our clients include corporations and individuals (both domestic and international) and bankruptcy trustees.
